Two-Ram Balers

Galaxy 2R® Two-Ram Balers are available in a wide variety of sizes to fit many baling applications including scrap dealers, material recovery facilities (MRF), recycling centers, distribution centers, large paper and plastic processors, and much more.  They feature designs and innovations not seen in any other two-ram baler in the U.S. market. Structurally, they are designed for strength, endurance, and a superior size to weight ratio.

Auto-Tie Balers

NEXGEN TIEger® Series Open-End Auto-Tie Balers have features not found on other auto-tie balers. The patent-pending gear-driven twisters create a knot that has no pigtail. This can result in more than 10% savings in wire consumption.

Manual-Tie Balers

NEXGEN® offers a wide variety of Manual-Tie Balers to fit your application, throughput, and budget requirements. These units can be equipped with a conveyor or a customized hopper to accommodate your material.

High-Density Vertical Balers

NEXGEN has a complete line of Vertical Balers in a variety of sizes to suit your recycling needs. Create bales of cardboard, paper, plastics, rags, cans, and many other recyclable materials. If you are in need of a low volume baler and space is at a premium, a NEXGEN Vertical Baler may be your answer.

Conveyors

The NEXGEN line of EZ-TRAX™ conveyors accommodates a wide variety of bulky materials and scrap handling applications — above and below ground — and includes light-duty slider beds, heavy-duty steel belt conveyors, and complete turn-key MRF conveyor systems.

Perforators

NEXGEN offer a line of perforators that can be used to de-liquefy plastic bottles and aluminum cans, full or empty, before they are sorted.
