NEXGEN® Carves Niche in Shear Market

Vernon, AL – March 27, 2006 – The new Raz–R™ Mobile Shear from NEXGEN® Baling Systems is now on the market for purchase. An 81,000–pound mammoth of shearing ingenuity, the Raz–R is available in six models with a cutting force range of 600–1800 tons. There are no electrical requirements and no foundation or operator is needed. “The NEXGEN Raz–R offers its owner a truly mobile cutting giant with very little maintenance cost. The sturdy design is built to last while creating a cutting–force–to–actual–equipment–weight ratio that is unequaled within the industry,” states Stephen Detrick, product manager for the Raz–R. Detrick, a Marathon veteran, was tapped as product manager for the Raz–R in early February.
